What colour was mostly on that cover? Read a book with the complimentary colour on the cover.
Now that you have read your most recently added book in your TBR, look at what colour is on the cover. If it's multiple then just choose the colour that there is the most of. Now figure out the complimentary colour. For example, blue/orange, purple/yellow, red/green, (black/white). Find a book with that new colour on the cover and read it!
