Scripture includes the Qur'an (be aware that "The Noble Qur'an" by Khan and al-Hilali is controversial in its translation). Scriptures believed to be corrupted include the Torah, Injil (Jesus' Gospel), and Zabur (Psalms).

If you want to go more in depth, you can read one book from an American Muslim, one from a Sunni Muslim, and one from a Shia Muslim. There are also the mystical Sufism works and philosophical works.
