the alphabet consists of 26 letters but i felt like that would be too much in a year since i recently just got over my reading slump. this whole thing is pretty much self-explanatory i guess

some key points:
  • since we both know most book titles start with “The”, you can just skip that thing and add a prompt immediately about the next word's first letter. i don't think that really made sense but e.g. The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue → added to Prompt I
  • the same thing happens with titles that start with “An” or “A” e.g. A Good Girl's Guide to Murder → added to Prompt G
  • a single year consists of 12 months. with what i mentioned earlier, there are 26 letters in the alphabet so if you think you can't read 26 books in one year,, why not make it two years then? 12×2=24+2=26 🤷🏻‍♀️
  • read at your own pace. i don't think that gets said a lot more often than it should be but imo i don't think you have to rush reading just because some people finish some books in one sitting. take your time and enjoy the book, reading is supposed to be fun! don't let anyone take that away from you 🫣🫶
