I picked up the Explore with Spice: A Global Culinary Calendar for 2024, but it doesn't have a lot of background to go with the regions. This readalong is to supplement that. I'll pick a book each month about that region's cuisine; if you're joining, feel free to choose a book set in or by an author from that region instead!

For the readalong, these regions can be narrowed or expanded if it works for you - e.g. for Tuscany, anything in Italy will work; for India, you could pick a specific subregion to focus on.
