This is a challenge I made up for myself, but feel free to participate! My goal is to read a book from each of the Spanish-speaking countries. I am looking for authentic representations, so I am going to aim for reading books that are set in the country written by either 1) someone from that country, 2) someone with roots in that country (for example, a Dominican-American writer writing a book set in the D.R.), or 3) someone who lived in that country for a considerable amount of time.
