Happy Black History Month!  This challenge is a sign that you should read at least a few more black books this year than you would have done otherwise.  You can read black literature both in and out of your comfort zone, from epic romantic fantasy to queer political philosophy and more.  Use the below prompts to explore just a small fraction of what black writers have to offer.  Try to keep it to only works by black authors, but books with a black protagonists will do in a pinch.
