2022 bookworm Reading Challenge Hey fellow bookworms. This challenge is simple. It has a different theme for each month of the year. So the goal is to read (or at least start in that month) a book falling within the category/theme for each month.

**I am not the creator of this challenge. I am a participant but I created this for me to log my books. Anyone can join in**

Challenge Prompts

1. Jammin' January - Read a book with a main character who is a musician, e.g., plays a musical instrument, is a music teacher, in a band, etc

2. Favourite February - read a book that contains your favourite trope. A trope is a common theme, plot, or character type, e.g., historical fiction, mystery, Ice Queen character, etc.

3. Mystic March - read a book with a mystical element. It can be speculative fiction, high fantasy, steampunk, etc.

4. Award-winning April - Read a book that has won a literary award

5. Mothering May - read a book where one of the main characters is a mother, stepmother, foster mum or mother figure

6. Journalistic June - Read a book where one of the main characters is a journalist or reporter.

7. Julie's July - Read a book by an author named Julie or Julia

8. Animalistic August - Read a book that has an animal on the cover, or that features an animal or animals as an intrinsic part of the story, or the main character is an animal lover or works with animals.

9. Sporty September - Read a book featuring a main character who's an athlete or otherwise involved in sport, e.g., coach, physical therapist, etc. The sports setting needs to be essential to the book, not just mentioned in passing a couple of times

10. Out of your comfort zone October - read a book that is a bit (or a lot) out of your reading comfort zone.
