Read Books whose cover is/contains a particular color, and/or whose Title contains a particular color. One book can satisfy multiple prompts. Ex: Red, White, and Royal Blue by Casey McQuiston can complete those 3 prompts (as well as the PINK prompt if the copy you read has the pink cover).
