Books are pulled from Best and Scariest Horror book lists from Book Riot, Reedsy, Barnes and Noble, and Penguin Random House. This is a long list so no start or end dates. The list is in no particular order, I have done no vetting, and I've put the more controversial authors as bonus prompts for those who don't want to read their work (apologies if I've missed any, there's always a chance I haven't heard of everything every author has done/said). If you are doing a pages read goal, then you may want to add the exact edition you are reading for an accurate page count.
