Overview
Read along with me as I read 50 books I’d like to finish before I turn 50!
I went through my physical shelves and TBR lists and pulled out 50 books I’d like to read before I turn 50 (no re-reads!). Then, I wrote prompts describing each—so anyone who’d like to join me can choose their own books for the challenge. Some of these prompts are “I've been meaning to read this” categories, lots are genres/topics I enjoy or want to explore further, and some relate to specific places or times in my life.
These can be completed in any order you choose, and feel free to interpret any or all of these prompts creatively or loosely to make them work for you.
NOTE: Whenever the prompt says “I” or “me” or “my”—you can apply this to yourself rather than me. Unless you really want to read these in relation to me—in which case, check out the books I’ve added to those prompts! For example, you don’t have to read a book in a series *I* have been meaning to finish—please read a book in a series *you* have been meaning to finish. For the prompts that have ages/years, you can use the age that applies to you OR the years listed (e.g.: a book published before *you* turned 10, OR a book published between 1978 and 1987)
