The Missy Elliott Readathon is a month long readathon aimed at highlighting Black authors and celebrating the icon that is Missy Elliott. This year's theme is The Royal M. E., in which the prompts are based on visuals from the Iconology EP. During this readathon, the one requirement for each book (outside of the prompt) is the story MUST be written by a Black author! We have 6 prompts that you can choose from, all of which are stackable. There are also 2 group reads (which cover all 6 prompts) Delicious Monsters by Liselle Sambury and Out There Screaming edited by Jordan Peele.
