About One Book, One Community
A Partnership Between Local Libraries and Organizations
The mission of the 1 Book, 1 Community project is to encourage the entire Fargo-Moorhead community to read one book, together.
Our hope is that this partnership between libraries in Fargo, West Fargo, Moorhead and each of the area’s universities will bring the community together in celebration of the joy of reading, as well as highlight the fascinating history of our area.
Your libraries are thrilled to share these titles with you each year, as well as a series of free events that explore the themes of the book.
