I am trying to read a book about as many different parts of social work as possible, ahead of starting to study social work at university. I’m open to memoirs and other non fiction, but trying to keep away from textbooks for now. My aim is to have a basic understanding of the different areas of social work one can enter, whilst enjoying getting back into reading. I’m focussing on UK books, but open to other countries if it’s about experience more than the system and legislation.
