This is a challenge for those of us who are too used to reading books from our own country and/or English-speaking countries. If you live in the EU, you can take this opportunity to learn a bit more about your neighbours. If you don't, don't let that stop you from a having a good time! 

Note: This list is sadly missing a spot for Maltese and Luxembourgish literature, as I have found it's very hard to find in translation. Let's hope that changes in the future.
