With upheavals, unrest and extreme hatred gripping our world today, I want to bring focus to the emotion we all harbour in ourselves and which is an antidote to our sad times: love. 
What is love? How does it function? In the face of extreme events, can love survive? Is love still relevant? As us people are feeling more and more suffocated in our ever growing loneliness, is it possible to hold onto, or to cultivate love in our lives? Our histories are bathed in blood and clashes. And yet, love is considered the greatest emotion. What are the subtle layers of love that helps it to survive in our hearts even when we think we are devoid of it? What is so great about it? Why we love the idea of love so much? And most intriguing of all, can self-love help us overcome our dark days and lonesome nights?
To find answers to these questions (and many more), I've created this challenge.

Because literature captures aspirations and dreams of a civilization across time, so when it comes to understanding love among us living entities (an emotion that is universal), what's better than to turn towards the tomes of literature?.
