Book challenge due December 30th by close of business.
Winners will be announced January 2nd, 2024. Winners chosen randomly by drawing.
First prize: $50 MTBC gift certificate and tote.
Second prize: $25 gift certificate and tote.

Challenge Prompts

11. Read a bookseller recommendation that you wouldn’t normally dream of reading.

12. Read a duology, or the first two books in a longer series.

13. Read a book of poetry from a poet whose work you haven’t explored yet.

14. Read a nonfiction book about the natural world.

15. Read a book by an author writing during the Harlem Renaissance. (obviously we mean a Black author).

16. Novel set in the near future where the impacts of climate change/global warming are present. Cli-Fi!!!!

17. Book written by a female philosopher. (Do the google, they exist!)

18. Read a book you know you should probably read, but have been avoiding.

19. Book about a musician, about music, or by a musician.

20. Book about HIV/AIDS. Fiction or nonfiction.
