Absolutely brilliant and life changing for our entire household of ND people. It is truly amazing how well the strategies work. The quality of the book is fabulous and is holding up so well despite five people routinely going through it. I cannot recommend using this enough. Our seventh grade twins use it. The three adults in the house all use it. It's helping us with schoolwork, task management, and it's taking the tension out of parenting our kids through the drudgery of household chores.
