The Book by Alan Watts
3.0

The central idea of this book is amazing and profound, but it’s just a restatement of the upanishads. Watts tries to give you an experience of the idea in “modern” language, and I would say he fails, but maybe it’s bc this book is 50 years old and the world has changed sufficiently for his telling to seem a bit quaint.
