Not a fan.
Sometimes I forgot that Violet was supposed to be 16 years old, and not 10 years old. Given her childish and immature behavior. The whole story felt quite predictable. Like a was reading a goody book from Jojo Moyes (and yes, I kind of enjoy her books).
But this time I wanted a book about witches, magic, strong women. I didn’t get that. All I got was empty words and bland sentences.
And. The repeated word Motorola. Gaaaawh!
