- 'I loved this book up until the last chapters. I had so many hypotheses of what could be happening and was hanging on to each page...when it ended.
There was no mention again of the neighbor living in their walls (or if it even happened), if they were actually being haunted, what happens with their relationship, and even if it was a metaphor for their marriage. The ending felt rushed and 'up to interpretation' consequently making it seem sloppy and unfinished. I finished the book with more confusion than when I started, and no, not in a 'wow what just happened' way.'
Graphic: Toxic relationship
Moderate: Medical content, Schizophrenia/Psychosis , and Death
