100 Great Black Britons by Patrick Vernon, Angelina Osborne

5.0

This was a great book to dip in and out of. It's made up of short biographies of 100 Black Britain's throughout history many of whom I had never heard of before. It's both informative and inspiring.
.
I also strongly recommend having Google on hand while you read so you can enjoy some of the music, poetry and film of the featured people. Although be aware that if you have children you will wind up listening to "Mole in a Hole" on repeat!
.
I now need recommendations for books about the British Black Panther's?
