In my continuing quest and interest in veganism ... this one is pretty good. Lots of good basic advice and some interesting info about what different foods do to the body and how the body in turn reacts. That said, I'm still looking for a vegan guide that doesn't rely so much on soy foods and "fake" meat. Is that even possible??
