This is a hard book to rate because I went in with my expectations set too high based on recommendations and reviews. I was going to give it 3*s because it was a bit slow and I didn’t always feel like I wanted to keep reading. However, I then cried a few times…making me question my rating. I guess, if you make me feel emotions, you get a star boost—and the ending gave me lots of feelings.
