marie lu knows how to write conclusions that crush you oh man. i had guessed what was going to happen, but it still made me cry, this book was heartbreaking. i do think that it was rather short, and could have been longer and that some characters deserved more page time, but at the same time i think it was a good conclusion. i loved adelina as a main character, but i wish we could have seen her transition more into the harsh, regal queen that she was portrayed as in this novel. this series i throughly enjoyed, but i don’t know if it’s one that i will be remembering every single detail for years to come.
