I enjoyed this book in the end, but I found it took me ages to get into it. I feel that it is ridiculously long and for 2/3 of the book I felt like it was just a repetitive cycle of ongoing chapters but no new material as such. It is well written, but there’s a lot of waffle and frankly, it could’ve (should’ve) been 1/3 in length.
