If you're a fan of sci-fi and aliens, this book would definitely be a good catch. Although compared to the first book that I've read from King (Bag of Bones), I'd say that this one was a little dragging. Maybe because I'm not really into aliens, but there's something lacking from this book at all. I spent more than a month to actually finish the book, not because it's long, but because I don't find the willingness to finish it at all.
Also, I agree with most of the people saying that King should've stick with his first title, "Cancer", since the theme of the whole book is fitting to it.
