Throttled

okkkk, so I'm a huge fan of F1, and since the season ended a few weeks ago, I thought it was the perfect time to get into this new series!
I really thought that the author wasn't going to be able to capture and describe how an F1 driver feels while driving. Don't get me wrong, I don't know either, but at least from what I read it seemed pretty solid to what I think F1 drivers experience during a race.
All the characters seemed pretty grounded and well-thought-out. All thought I did find myself more interested in Liam and Sophie's relationship more than Noah and Maya's. But after that, I really liked how the book follows the whole season and how slowly the relationship evolved during that 10-month period. I do have to admit though, when the two MC's kissed for the first time, I did not feel a single surge or emotion. I don't know if it was because I wasn't paying attention, or because I didn't feel like the relationship was developed enough for them to kiss like they did.
There are like so many red flags in Maya and Noah's relationship, but I'll let you see for yourself how the relationship between the two evolve.
Overall, could be a better story, but I would like more banter, hope the next book has that.
