ginn 's review for:
Ender in Exile
by Orson Scott Card
It's been a long while since I last read the Ender series, so any discrepancies between Ender in Exile and Ender's Game and subsequent novels went totally unnoticed by me. I did have the feeling that Card was getting overly preachy in portions but I didn't mind since I happened to agree. Most of it was excellent and enjoyable, though I thought certain parts that were skipped over since they were implied by later discourse would have made it somewhat more interesting. However, I understand why they're not thoroughly discussed: they didn't need to be.
