A Mouthful of Air by Amy Koppelman

5.0

WHOA. I have never read about a mother's experience with PPD. I felt like a tightrope artist navigating Koppelman's plot.

Curious side note: Koppelman gave us minor details about the decor of Julie's homes, yet was very specific about flooring - describing plaid carpet, cool marble and a wool sisel. I thought this was an interesting deliberate focus. Did anyone else notice this?
