In that book, Storm is the heroine, who was mistreated by her father her whole life, while her three sisters (Spring, Summer, Autumn) stood by. THIS book features Summer as the heroine, and I just couldn't get past "why would you stand by for decades and let your sister be mistreated" in order to enjoy this book.
