Mad Honey by Jennifer Finney Boylan, Jodi Picoult

4.0

I didn’t know anything about this book when I borrowed the audiobook from my library. It was fascinating to see how the story unfolded, and to be greeted with surprise after surprise. The story was well done, aside from the neat little confession wrapping it up at the end. It would have been better to leave it hanging. The honesty and humanity was breathtaking, and gently nudged me to self-reflect and confront bits of my worldview that make me uncomfortable. I’m so glad I picked this up.
