This was…insane. Not the greatest book I’ve ever read, but I could NOT put it down to save my life. I’m sure if I thought enough about it, there would be plot holes and other issues aplenty. The reviews on this one are mixed, and I can understand why. But for the time being, in the moment of JUST finishing it, I can absolutely say that it was totally an engrossing, horrifying, perfect weekend read…the kind that makes for a good, horrifying, trashy mini-series
