One Dark Night by Hanna Richell is a good crime thriller, and it's full of suspense. A young girl at a boarding school had gone missing and is soon found dead in the woods. She was last seen by her fellow schoolmates, but no one knows what happened to her. Detective Ben is put on the case to find out who killed her, but his daughter is now a suspect. She's keeping secrets, and so is everyone else in this small town.

I really enjoyed the pace of this book. You really don't know who the suspect is. Trust me, I thought I figured out who it was, and I was completely off. 😅  You think it's one person. But then something else happens, and it takes you off course. There were multiple plot twists. I was tricked!
