This was a rad sequel to Age of the Undead that added in a lot of new elements. I have accidentally been on a buccaneer/pirate phase lately as this is the third book I read this month featuring Dwarves on boats.
C.L. Werner knows how to write a fun adventure story that has some real heart to it, I found myself being very invested in character types I rarely care about in fiction (i.e. The Noble Knight).
One of the best dragon fights I've ever read!
The Orc is still the greatest and if anything happens to Ratbag in the next book there is gonna be a mighty rumpus.
