This book was so so cute. Nate and Stassie's relationship is goals, in every way possible. I so enjoyed reading a romance between a girl I could in some ways relate to with a guy who was so far from toxic that to call him that would be rude.

Lots of stars because NO. MISCOMMUNICATION. TROPE. This is not a drill. I have found a fluffy romance novel without the third act break up!!!!!!!!!!!

There was a big theme with consent in this book, and I wanted to bring that up as well. I really appreciated how the author made it so clear and important.
like how you can't kiss someone just to kiss them, when they clearly don't want it or want you...

Now, the book was quite long, so if you're a slow reader or if you're looking for something quick, be wary of that. Otherwise, it was amazing, it had short chapters, and it CAME WITH A PLAYLIST. I repeat, the book CAME WITH A PLAYLIST on the first page, and the playlist included Cruel Summer by Taylor Swift. Need I say more?
Also, there's a smutty scene to the song Cruel Summer, and it has changed the way I listen to that song. And I'm not mad about it.

Thank you to Atria Books and Hannah Grace for a copy and the adorable package. <3
