I followed her movements with the hungry determination of a starving lion stalking his next juicy meal. And there was no fucking way, now that I’d found her again, I was letting her out of my sight.

This book was just unputdownable! I didn't realise how the chapters flew by because I was so invested. The angst between Lewis & Callie was top tier and there's just something about second chance romances that tugs at my heart strings and I must say, that this book was a perfect read for me to feel just that! Lewis & Callie loved each other deeply and while they had some bumps in between, I loved how they expressed their feelings when the need arised. Overall, I loved this book very much! And it reminded me why I loved Walker so damn much because seeing him being a dad to Callie was so heartwarming! And I loved how every family member was present and supported Callie whenever she needed it. It was so wholesome seeing all of them again and be happy with their lives and the family dynamics was so well depicted, which I really liked! I've loved every book in this series so far and I can't wait to read the next one. I'm most excited to read Eilidh's book because out of all the side characters, she was the one who caught my attention the most!
