This has some tasty, if rustic, looking vegan recipes. I haven't made anything from this, and even if I did I would probably use it more as an inspiration than as an actual cookbook. There are some good ideas for mixing up some traditional veggie staples including canned beans, frozen peas, tomatoes, couscous, and crusty bread in new ways, partly North African or Middle Eastern inspired. The pictures are gorgeous, bu there isn't one for every recipe and the index is terrible. Might try the couscous with apricots and mint, or some sort of variation.
