The Good Neighbor: The Life and Work of Fred Rogers by Maxwell King

4.0

Great biography. It did well to dispel the current thoughts of Mister Rogers as a saint. He wasn't perfect, he was a human who made decisions (both good and bad). That brought me back to the roots of his message: that he likes you just they way you are, imperfections and all. Kindness, authenticity, and the power of storytelling and music are highlighted in his work, and that message shine through to today.
