Surprise, surprise -- a book chockfull. Full of sound assessment of current state, and sound advice for reaching desired future state. Any girl should read the first four chapters. Then wait till adult life calls them to action to read the subsequent 7 chapters. I usually hate books that 'everyone's talking about.' This one is up to the hype and worth the space on your reference shelf.
