My Sister, the Serial Killer
by Oyinkan Braithwaite
This is a fast-paced read written in short almost vignette-like chapters. If the title doesn't give it away, we know from the very beginning that Ayoola is a serial killer. The question then is how does this all play out with her sister, Korede? It's a short, offbeat novel about sibling jealousy and love set in Lagos. I enjoyed it.
Don't worry. It's not a typical serial killer novel. There's nothing overly gruesome.
