The Angel Maker
by Alex North
“The Angel Maker” was a wild combination of philosophy, serial killer inheritances, and the intricacies of relationships and the human mind. I particularly appreciate the element of determinism and how North tied it into the entire story line, it worked so well.
My only complaint is the build up is a bit slow, but it was worth the read to see the concept in all its entirety. From start to finish, this book is a puzzle that relies on finding connections in order to be pieced together.
I’d recommend it to any thriller fans that appreciate the darker concepts of the human mind while also solving a good mystery.
