wow there is a lot to this book.

even though they aren’t blood related I still got the ick of them being family. this book is about a soon to be 18 year old girl who finds herself going to live with her step-uncle and his two sons.

huge TW though for those who might need it. it is vulgar and forceful in regards to sex. just be aware.

however, this book kept my attention and kept pulling me back in. the dynamics of each of the characters and how they each provided the main character with what she needed to heal was captivating. watching Kaleb grow throughout the book was one of my favorite parts.

overall, it’s a very odd read I will say. this book is not for everyone. I enjoyed it based on the characters, but again I had to work to get past the “step family” relationship.
