I love the world in this book. The way Nina introduces you to it is perfect. The characters back stories are well thought out. However, we feel like the two protagonist lacked in charisma. They're loveable, sure. I felt as if Crier lacked in certain areas. I wanted her to be my favourite character but she just didn't have the passion I needed.

Ayla in my opinion was written better.

 The enemies to lovers is a bit misleading, one didn't even know they were enemies.

It's a good book overall. I really did enjoy it, and I will read Iron Heart. It just needed more to hit that extra star.
