This book was amazing. I've been getting into thriller/mystery/crime books lately and this did not disappoint. It was difficult to put down especially at bed time. I was not expected that ending but as I remember the beginning of the book and put pieces together it makes sense. I can't imagine what is going through someone's mind when they think of the things that Caroline did. I mean her intrusive thoughts throughout the book really took over and won. I can't imagine

kidnapping a child, moving out of state, changes their identity, having unsuspecting people involved (Mallory and Mitzi) because of drug related pasts and unaliving them

. This was my first book by this author and can't wait to read more by him.
