Rot & Ruin by Jonathan Maberry
5.0
For those who can drink…”Rot & Ruin” is like drinking the best glass of wine you can imagine. You need to let the story “swirl” you feel the "flavor" of the characters and “savor” the fantastic narrative Jonathan Maberry created.
I have to admit I’m not a “zombie” kind of girl in fact I was a bit reluctant about picking this up; but after reading several reviews I knew I have to read it. Maberry does a terrific job describing and giving enough information so the reader can understand the whole story. Character wise even though Benny is “The” character you will have an opportunity to get to know and Love several other characters.
There’s action, suspense…Maberry even made room for romance! I’m eagerly waiting what’s coming next for Benny and the “Zoms” and I hope there’s more than just one more book.
Fans of “The Forest of Hands and Teeth” will enjoy this one.
