I saw this book on the shelf and was attracted to the cover, I forgot about the other book I read by this author and it wasn't till I was about twenty pages in that I looked her up. This is all to say I should not have read this book, I should have dnf'd it's too much body fluids for me, I actually gagged a few times. I'm not going to rate it because that's on me but my God. I get that it's magical realism but it is so gross I couldn't get past the body morphing and piss just so much piss and eating but not in a sexy way. When you finally find out what the fuck it's all about it actually  turned my stomach. It's too much.
