Sheets is funny, kinda emotional, with an interesting plot.  I was confused initially, but it all ironed itself out.  While I enjoyed the unique twist on a ghost story, I felt there were a few problematic elements such as: the creepy pedo seeming guy lurking around the laundry issuing odd compliments to a young girl, the brother mentioning dad's "special coffee", and this young girl running a business by herself and the dad just letting her make decisions.  Just a bit odd.  But hey everyone needs friends right, even if it's a ghost.
