This is the first book I have read/listened to in the McCade Brothers series, but I have listened to other books in the Wedding Date series. The narration was ok. It didn't do much for me one way or the other.
This was ok. It was tiring listening to Sophie's internal dialogue as she would do battle with her self esteem issues. I don't mind if the h has self esteem issues and we get to follow along as she comes out of her shell.
There were some good moments when she spent time with Logan. I tried to write my own version as I kept expecting Sophie to come up with a solution to Logan's business woes. Lol.
The book was ok. It took me a while to listen to it. I didn't really hold my interest for long, but I know that had more to do with Sophie's character and Logan's business interruptions than anything else.a
Luckily, I was able to listen via my Audible Escapes subscription.
