Wicca: A Guide for the Solitary Practitioner by Scott Cunningham

4.0

This is one of the best places to start if you are curious about modern Paganism for any reason. Cunningham does not make false claims about the origins of Wicca, nor does he try to make it seem like you are fully Wiccan just because you read the book; he is sharing what he can from an oathbound tradition to explain basics and get you started.

Beyond that the references for correspondences and holidays is valuable in itself as it is clearly laid out and easy to find.

WORLDS better than the Silver Ravenwolf beginner stuff out there.
