It was so fun to see the world of Faerie through the eyes of a Hazel/Ben before the events of The Folk of Air Trilogy. I was so excited to meet the unnamed red headed boy who was always with Severin in Cruel Prince and his mysterious red headed knight. Hazel especially had such interesting storyline that felt realistic for her both her age and maturity. Her reactions were spot on for an angsty 16 year old. Ugh, love this universe 🥹💞
